1. For the 30 foot orcs - 12 bowmen, 18 mixed arms melee figures. (I would pull out 6 as an elite foot unit)

2. For the 15 mounted orcs - 12 for two units, and perhaps the other 3 as a mounted command unit.

3. A squad of 3 trolls.Perhaps in the mounted command unit, one could carry a banner, another could be painted with more “leader like” appearance.
